Yauger Park (Yauger Lake)
Disc Golf at Yauger park can be a wet adventure with thrills and splashes. The first four holes are more int the woods than the rest. The fifth and sixth are usually the wettest when its wet (unless the course is flooded and then you can only play the first four holes). You really have to keep an eye out on holes ten eleven and thirteen due to water hazards.
We are working on a site map to try and nail down the course. They could use more signs to the next tee on most holes, it took us a couple of weeks to find the real third hole shooting along the side of dirt works. A course map would be nice at the start, just to help keep newcommers and lookyloos informed.
Lot of improvements look to be in the works, you can see some painted greens and tees and there are a lot of locals that will be happy to give some directions. This course is really nice to use powerful drives or expiremental throws in the big open fields. Their are afew holes in close proximity to the roads, holes seven and eleven. They also have a little skate park you get to walk through and possibly see some kid bust his ass.
