Darby's Cafe
Darby's is good for those lazy weekends when you want hot, delicious breakfast food, but don't feel like cooking. That, or you're nursing a killer hangover. At any rate, they serve a variety of delicious breakfast options, including several egg scrambles with all sorts of meat and vegetables. The service is top notch, as the restaurant is so small it only takes 3 waitresses/waiters to run the whole place. Get there early, because by 11 there is usually a wait, but no longer than 15 minutes.
